Alchemy Massage Therapy offerings include deep tissue, reflexology and Swedish techniques.
My practice currently includes a variety of clients from weekend warriors, masters athletes, people injured in motor vehicle accidents, to those who come weekly for stress management. I welcome individuals from all walks of life. I practice deep tissue and Swedish massage with a focus on the neck, back and shoulder areas in order to balance common postural patterns. I have 8 years of experience in massage therapy. My interest lies in helping you to live your life more comfortably, completely and effectively. Resolving issues of pain and musculo-fascial restriction and increasing body awareness are key elements in achieving this goal.
Massage Therapy sessions are customized to lead your body to wellness. During each session I draw on my knowledge of relaxation, deep tissue, injury treatment, and pregnancy massage techniques in order to appropriately treat your needs.

Swedish Massage is commonly known as relaxation massage. This soothing style increases circulation while reducing pain and calming the nervous system, leaving you refreshed. Swedish massage can be light or deep depending on your needs and comfort level.
Deep Tissue body work focuses on the deeper musculoskeletal structures, breaking up adhesions and scar tissue to reduce pain while improving ease and range of movement. This technique is ideal for aiding injuries and helping to relieve chronic and acute pain. Depth of pressure is based on your comfort level.
Reflexology uses pressure applied to specific points in the feet, hands and ears to address corresponding points throughout the body. This deeply relaxing technique stimulates self-healing and can be incorporated into your massage session.
Pregnancy Massage adapts familiar massage styles to be safe and comfortable for expectant mothers, supporting the body through the demands of pregnancy.
