Hours
Available by appointment daily. Please call or email us to schedule. Refer to the Skin, Hair and Massage pages for our individual schedules. Please be advised that because we work with skin care & massage clients on a private, individual basis, the front door may be locked if hair care appointments are not taking place. Retail hours are around treatment sessions. If you are planning to stop in & pick up products, a phone call is recommended so we don't miss you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cancellation / Reschedule
We request 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Please call if you expect to be late. Your appointment may have to be shortened as a courtesy to following clients if you arrive late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling, your appointment may need to be cancelled. Late or no-show appointments may be charged for appointment, whether or not services were rendered.
Sales Policies
Payment is due at the time of service. Alchemy accepts payments by personal checks, Visa or Mastercard. Of course, cash is king. ;) Checks returned for insufficient funds or stopped payment are subject to a $25 fee.
We want you to love all of your purchases. In the event that something doesn't work for you, please bring it to our attention. We do not accept returns on opened fragrance, skin or hair care product, sale merchandise or special orders.
We do not issue cash refunds. We will gladly exchange items, if accompanied by receipt and in original condition, within 7 days, for store credit.
We have gift certificates & lay away available. We gift wrap and ship to your destination. All of our packaging is made from post consumer recycled paper & unique finishings such as vintage ribbons to create a beautiful presentation.

Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone who requests treatment or services that are outside of our scope of practice, are inappropriate or who arrives for treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
A Note on Children & Cell Phones
We ask that you please turn off your cell phones during treatments so we can better serve you.
It is not ideal to bring children to your appointments as we cannot fully concentrate on the service we are giving you and also give your child the attention that he/she needs. Minors receiving services should be in the company of a parent or guardian.
Gratuities
We are often asked about tipping. Yes, it is customary and of course, appreciated but not expected. 15-20% is the norm for personal care services.
